Preaching To The Choir
Allyn Jaffrey Shulman apparently agrees with me on the issue of payment processing. Her legal commentary (unlike her poker commentary) is usually interesting and insightful, so check out the archives of her writings if you're interested.

Of course, in the past she said that the UIGEA was no big deal and that Neteller would remain available as a funding option. Her analysis is usually poor, and she seems biased. She really wants to paint a rosy picture, but if you go back and look, she has been largely off the mark.
